Talk to a doctor or a licensed counsellor who understands gambling harms. Free confidential help is also available from international organisations such as Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. Search for them by name online to find their websites and helplines. Telling one person you trust is the hardest step and the most important one. You do not need to have a diagnosis to ask for help. No one will judge you, and you are not alone in this.
Do you chase losses, betting more to win back what you lost? Have you borrowed money or sold belongings to play? Do you hide how much time or money you spend on gambling? These are early warning signs that gambling may be causing harm. Do you gamble to escape stress, boredom or sadness? Do you need larger stakes to get the same excitement? Have you missed work, lost sleep or skipped time with family because of gambling? Answering yes to any of these means it is worth talking to someone.
Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. The odds are always in the operator's favour over the long run. No betting system, winning streak or staking plan can change that mathematical reality. Treat any win as a bonus, not an income. Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Set a budget beforehand and stop when it is gone. If you treat gambling as a cost of entertainment, like buying a ticket to a movie, you are less likely to be caught off guard by a loss.
You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit inside your account settings. Loss limits and session time limits work the same way. A tighter limit takes effect immediately; a looser one only applies after a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours. To ask for any limit, go to the responsible-play section in the lobby or contact support. Limits are enforced in ringgit and cover all deposits via bank transfer, e-wallet or DuitNow. Use them before you feel the urge to chase losses.
Keeping Minors Safe
This site is for players aged 18 and over only. If you share a computer or device with anyone under 18, install filtering software to block gambling sites. Parental controls are available free from many internet security providers. Do not leave your account logged in or share your password with anyone. If you suspect a minor has used the platform, contact support immediately to report it. Prevention is better than cure.
Take a Break or Self-Exclude
A cooling-off period pauses your account for days or weeks. Self-exclusion closes it for a fixed term, such as six months or a year. Once self-exclusion is active, it cannot be lifted early for any reason. You must request it in writing to support. During self-exclusion you will not be able to log in, deposit or play. The platform will remove marketing emails and block further access. This is a serious step, but it gives you space to step back and think without temptation.
